Entry issues

If your payment went through but your name didn't appear in the ledger, email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out manually within a few days.

Removal requests

If you want your entry removed, contact us. We'll consider all requests but cannot guarantee removal in every case — see the Privacy Policy for details.
