Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because entries are added to the public ledger immediately after payment confirmation, refunds are not available once your name appears in the ledger.

Payment processed but name didn't appear?

If your Stripe payment completed but your name did not show up in the ledger, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it manually.

Stripe disputes

Stripe may have its own dispute and chargeback processes outside our control. Fraudulent chargebacks for completed, valid entries will be contested.
